A pan-roasted green tea made out of chinary clones, It is a great choice as an on a regular basis tea. It has a little sweetness that compliments its vegetal notes. It is a light and refreshing tea and can also be steeped more than once, or brewed in the gong fu style.

STEEPING GUIDE: Use 3g of tea per 110ml of water. Water will have to be at 90-95C. Pour water over tea and steep for 3 minutes. Best inebriated plain. Steep the leaves no less than twice.
