HANDPICKED GROUNDNUTS: Our high-quality groundnuts are proudly grown in India. We traverse hundreds of kilometres and source our groundnuts straight away from the farmers of Erode and Hosur region, Tamil Nadu. We handpick our groundnuts, make sure that they are thoroughly cleaned and that their shells are got rid of. We then let the groundnuts sun-dry for a couple of days to provide better taste and aroma before pressing them to obtain groundnut oil.
WOOD PRESSED OIL: Our Wood Pressed Groundnut Oil is pure, vegan, preservative-free, chemical-free, & gluten-free. We press the groundnuts in wooden Kolhus at a low temperature. We use cold-press technology to make sure that the nutrients remain intact. Then, we let the oil sit down for sedimentation for 2-3 days. Following this, we sieve filter the groundnut oil.
GROUNDNUT OIL NUTRITION: Our cold-pressed groundnut oil retains all naturally occurring nutrients. It’s high in monounsaturated fat, omega-6 fatty acids, vitamin E, and a good source of antioxidants.
HOW TO CONSUME: Because of its high smoke point, our Wood Pressed Groundnut Oil is ideal for sauteing or deep frying.
LAB-TESTED OIL: We comply with 17 FSSAI mandated parameters for testing groundnut oil, and make certain that each and every batch of our cold-pressed groundnut oil undergoes strict quality checks.
